  • A request stating that you want your data deleted

Option 2: WhatsApp

Send a message to our official WhatsApp number with the words:
“Delete my data”

Once we receive your request:

  • We will verify your identity

  • Your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days

  • You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete

5. Exceptions

We may retain certain information where required by law, including:

  • Tax or financial records

  • Fraud prevention and security logs

We may use trusted third-party systems to process and store customer data (such as ERP or eCommerce platforms). When a deletion request is processed, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is also removed from these systems where applicable.
