Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please note the following:
- Return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving or collecting your goods.
- After this period, our standard service warranty will apply.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- A handling / restocking fee of 10% of the product’s purchase price will apply if items are returned within 7 days and 20% thereafter.

Delivery or collection fees are applicable if the client does not provide their own transport. .
- Discounted and free delivery are only applicable to items that are kept. If Items that are returned this delivery fee is payable regardless of the reason for the return.

Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed the day after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Free delivery only applies if the item is kept.
- If an item is returned, the discounted delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If That Couch Place collects the item, an additional collection fee will apply.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery or collection.
Exchanges are only available for the exact same item originally purchased.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale and demo items are non-refundable.
